Weird behaviour with Braxton (Themeforest theme)

Thank you for this plugin, we have some difficulties with its installation though.

We bought the Braxton theme on Theme Forest (so it’s probably not compatible). I changed the class names in the HTML structure. The plugin seems to recognize the navigation
since it’s changing the URLs in the address bar but it’s doing it too soon, before I even scroll in the page. Also, the content is not properly loaded in the page
(even if the adress changes, the content of the page doesn’t)

Any ideas where this issue could come from ?
