Plugin to survey/voting in every post

    Hi,
    i’m looking for a survey/voting plugin: what I need is to have a different survey in every post: the same question, the same answers, but different results for every post.
    in particular, in the sidebar of every post, users could vote for two different things about the post, from 1 to 10: same questions and answers for all the posts, but different results for any of them.
