Time field not aligned

I have the same problem. It is not perfect but try this custom css:

.ui-timepicker-div {
height: 100%;
}
.ui-slider .ui-slider-handle:last-child {
margin-left: 0;
}
.ui_tpicker_hour, .ui_tpicker_minute {
margin: 7% 10px 10px 40% !important;
}
