under construction plugin does not turn off

    hello everybody,

    I was trying to turn off the under construction plugin, but I just can’t. not even when I deactivate the plugin, it responds. actually, if I change the redirect URL, it doesn’t respond either by changing the redirect location. what can I do? is there any other way to fix the direction of the URL?

    I’m not sure, but I needed to clean all my cache for other reasons. could this have created any trouble?

    apparently it really has something to do with the cache cleaning, because it responds on other browsers? ho can I fix this?
