Didn’t work and NO Support

I downloaded the plugin because it is noted as the “the official Worldpay US plugin and has been certified by Worldpay US”. It sketched me out that there was a third party involved- Payment Plugin, but I tried it out because I needed a WordPress solution with Worldpay. They say that they know WordPress and are happy to help, but when I emailed their support to request help, all I was offered was an upsell to a different payment gateway that their company owns. When I responded that I just needed help, they deactivated my account and told me to find another solution.
