It is very rare that I leave reviews as I am not that often moved to do so but on this occasion it would be wrong of me not to.
I needed a plugin into which I could insert an iFrame via a dynamically generated URL and having tried and failed with a number of others, I found this one, however, once again it wasn’t quite right – so I contacted their support department and have had one of the best support experiences I can remember.
Not only were they able to identify the issue but also offered a resolution which worked – and a promise that a future version of the plugin will accommodate it (a combination of the template I am using and my requirements initially broke the functionality).
All in all I cannot fault either the plugin or the level of support, which has been exemplary.
UPDATE: March 2019 – The latest version has just been released and all issues have been resolved. I did, however, have an problem installing it on a site that used an earlier version but, once again, the customer support provided was superb and not only did they resolve my problem, they noticed a potential future issue which will be accounted for in the next release.
