Hide metadata

Hey,
Try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

.postmeta, .subhead.color_gray, .subhead {
    display: none;
}

I would like to hide the metadata in only one category that is evergreen. How would I change the css to do that?
I would also only like the date to show on all other categories. No category, comment, number or icons.
