Diffrent shipping on diffrent computers

I have that issue with shipping . I put free shipping and text for it and shows everything on my computer. But on other says that shipping will be calculate after…
Also if I empty catche on my computer shows this same like others.. but after changeing pages comes back to normal…

any suggestions ??? I will be greatful 🙂
