Captcha appeared once

    I did the set-up, I witnessed one visitor enter the site and do the captcha, but when I tried to access the link the captcha didn’t appear. The settings I have selected is per-session. Also, on the Gainurl site in ‘manage links’ There are additional links that I did not create…where did they come from? They are also not able to be deleted.
