Thank you very much for taking the time to answer this. I have tried this as well however products are shown without title and descriptions. What could be the problem?
@athena01 Are all of your products published and do they all have titles and descriptions entered in the admin area?
If they are published and have the titles and descriptions set, please try temporarily deactivating all other plugins. It’s possible there’s another plugin on your site causing a conflict. If the issue goes away when all other plugins are inactive, you can reactivate the plugins one by one until the problem returns, at which point you’ll know which plugin is causing the problem.
