Not receiving notifications

    I do not seem to be receiving email notifications when a user logs in or, when there have been file changes. I noticed that the filecheck showed a new file was created (a backup file) but I did not receive an email for it. How can I troubleshoot?

    Hi,

    NinjaFirewall uses the WordPress API ( wp_mail() function).

    Do you receive email messages from WordPress? If you are unsure, you can try to create a new WP user, select “Send the new user an email about their account” and check your mailbox.

    I receive notifications but have to use the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin in order to receive them.

    I am not sure what happened today, but I started receiving notifications. Thanks for the help.
