How to reset width of admin menu

I understand this is a really simple question, but it has proven hard to google for.
My problem is that I accidentally set the width of the administration menu the narrow, so that only the icons show. I want to reset it:

I have tried to google for resetting admin menu width, making it wider, etc. But all I get is either help to get the toolbar back if it has disappeared, or installing various plugins, such as Wider Admin Menu or Admin Menu Editor.
