download fails

    Hi,

    I am not able to download my backup from my wordpress site or from dropbox. It always fails. It stopps at 320 MB of 400 MB.
    Last year all worked fine, but now it doen’t.
    Any idea?

    Hi Mic,

    if your file is in your dropbox, and you cannot download it from there, this is probably a dropbox issue. Please contact dropbox.

    Hi Christina,

    thank you for your answer.
    Indeed I just tried to download another older backup file from dropbox and it also failed.
    But I also tried to download the same file from my wordpress backend and it failed too. So I am not sure, wether it is a problem with dropbox.

    Hi mic,

    when you download the backup saved to dropbox via the WordPress backend, our plugin tries to download it form Dropbox using the Dropbox API. And it seems to encounter the same problem like you when you try to download directly from dropbox.

    Please contact dropbox and lets see, what they say.
