Do you use “Country Blocking” premium feature? if so, then please open a ticket at http://support.wordfence.com regarding this question as we aren’t allowed to provide support for premium customers here in the forums.
Otherwise, please share a screenshot showing the blocking page that your staff member got while accessing your website, it should include the reason for getting blocked so I can investigate further.

So, you have “Participate in the Real-Time WordPress Security Network” option enabled and that’s why this user gets blocked, it seems that his IP was involved in some sort of malicious activity, for him, I suggest checking “How to Secure Your WordPress Working Environment” article, especially “using a VPN”.
