Members shortcode blank on page

Hello! I have successfully set up ultimate member on about 3 sites now.

I use the beaver builder child theme and have never had any problems before

on the new site i am working on the only plugin i am using that is different is woocommerce, I don’t believe it is woocomerce effecting the /members page but whenever i go to view it, it is completely blank. Normally when i had an bug it would show in text the shortcode on the page. this time i dont see the shortcode ( unless i am editing the page) so it looks like it is attempting to load the members directory form but is unsuccessful.
