IsleMag Frontpage Categories

Hi all,

I just started and figuring somethings out on my own. But now I get stuck.

I use the IsleMag Theme. But I cant seem to get it all organized. On the Frontpage my 2 blogs i wrote appear in each category.

I have the categories :
Art & Culture
Family & Kids
Nightlife
I Amsterdam City Card
Reviews

I want the newest blog posts appear in the big carroussel at the top.

But in the category sections I would like to show:
– Or the blog for that category
– or a static image to link to the menulinks.

Can anybody help me with this or need more explanation ?
