How do I keep post/blog homepage?

I successfully used your plugin to change all my post names from the default to %postname%.

However, my home page disappeared. I assume there’s some toggle or tag that will exclude my home page, but I’ll be damned if I can figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated. I returned my permalinks back to the default until I can get a fix.
