• Hi, We are using the payflow 2.0 and now after the most recent plugin update after a customer enters all their info and hits the ‘place order’ button, the page auto scrolls up like it always does, but the text saying that “thank you, your order has processed” is missing. This causes the customer to think that their order did not process and they go back down and hit the place order button again , etc, etc ,. The orders do get placed though. We just had 7 orders show up for the same product because the customer kept going back and hitting the button, and we had to go in and void all but one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We always get the note after clicking “buy now”: “Error processing checkout.Please try again.”

    @usapress, Are you running any sort of caching / CDN services in WordPress or on the server directly? Please make sure to clear those out completely after updating things as there could be cached files causing problems.

    @livefreshjuice, that doesn’t sound like the same problem at all. You should really submit your own ticket for that sort of thing. The first step would be to check the log files, though, for an actual error code.
