Calendar Export Spans Full Page

I uploaded the All-In-One Event Calendar to my development site and it loaded and worked flawlessly. However, when I exported to my live site, it now has expanded to the full page, it looks nothing like the develop copy. You can view at: http://www.roanokecouncilofgardenclubs.com/?page_id=707
