Images being stretched

Hi,

I noticed that the images I upload using your plugin gets stretched when I view them.

Please see: http://test.keltech-imagine.com/industries/ that image (just one) is 188×188
and also here: http://test.keltech-imagine.com/about-us/ and those images are 600×600.

Please tell me why they are being stretched and what we can do to fix it. I really want to keep using this plugin.
