Import function does not work – does not open dialog box

    Hello.
    I did an export of a website X and then I tried to upload or import that export file to another wordpress installation BUT on a different hosting server.

    I installed AIOWM plugin on the new WP installation BUT was unable to use the Import function. When I click the Import button, nothing happens, the Dialog Box does not open from clicking the Import Button.

    So I uploaded it via File Manager on cPanel to wp-content/ai1wm-backups

    I tried restoring with the restore button in Backups option of your plugin but it is greyed out and no effect when I click on it.

    So I’m stuck and cannot restore backup of my website as I had hoped.

    Please help.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    What is your WordPress version?
    Have you tried with different browsers?
