The only possible reason for it not working would be that you didn’t implemented it properly. Just installing the plugin will not help. Read the description section of the plugin or watch the video about how to implement it.

That’s wired and not wired at the same time. This plugin use the free api fromm IP-API.com and recently some people are facing issues with IP-API.com free API. I’m not sure what’s the problem going on at their end. Their Paid API is working fine but the free API is not.
I’mm suggest you to click on the contact link in the footer at this page: https://signup.ip-api.com/ and you can ask them if there is any problem happening at their end and by which time it will be fixed.
