Plugins links not working

    Hi,

    I have install few plugins such as Wp Livechat support, Zendesk, Get Social but the some of the links in the plugins are not working. The plugins are compatible to my wordpress version. I suspect my wordpress dashboard got some error. Besides, i “delete” button is not working unable to delete my plugin too and i force to go to my Hosting server FTP to delete the plugins files.

    Can you give some of your advice on the issues above?

    Hi Byran,

    I am going to assume that there is a conflict not with WordPress itself but a plugin and or active theme. Please try the following and let me know what happens.

    – Deactivate all plugins
    – Change theme to Twenty Sixteen
    – Activate 1 plugin at a time and check to see if the issue is present after each plugin activation.

    This will check to find if there is a plugin conflict. If you do find that there is a plugin conflict, note the plugin that caused the issue and follow the steps below.

    – Deactivate all plugins
    – Enable the troublesome plugin and check once more. If the issue starts again, contact that plugin author. If nothing happens, start enabling each plugin 1 at a time to find the second plugin causing the issue.
    – Contact each author for the conflicting plugin to inform them that there is a conflict with each other.

    It is also entirely possible that your theme is conflicting as well.
