Hello, I took a look at your plugin and it seems that the alt modifications are not stored in post content and media meta. Am I right?

Yes, that’s right. If I store those changes in the database it’s more complex to rewrite the values after some changes of the settings.

If you have concerns about performance, you can use the plugin together with a cache. It works fine with all popular caching plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, WP Rocket and many more.

    kind regards

Well my problem is not about performance but keeping the values. If I need to desactivate your plugin, all the alt and title will be lost.

Yes, I understand. But why do you want to deactivate it? If you disable it, the plugin can’t optimize alt and title attributes for new posts or images.

Well, sometimes plugins are no more supported, these things happen.

Sure, but this plugin is really new, the next update is under development and currently there are no plans to discontinue the development, because I use it myself for many sites.

I use WP since 2005 and saw so much plugins abandoned.
