Blank line in WordPress (PHP)

I have used WordPress to incorporate a blog into a site.

The header and nav bar have a space between them and I can figure out why.

Can someone please take a look at this? Im pointing at the same CSS files.
The HTML looks the same to me.

With Blank in WordPress:

All other pages:
