• I created a form and used the short code in a page to test it out, but the page stays the same URL with /#wysija at the end of the page URL.

Is there a setting to tell the form to go to a certain page when the submit button is pressed?

Also in the FORM creation panel there is a text box that shows the following…

    After submit…
Check Your Inbox or Spam Folder and Confirm Your Subscription

    What does that do?

  • It looks like there’s a javascript conflict in your theme that prevented our subscription form from submitting the data through Ajax. I suggest you test the iframe code inside a Text/HTML widget instead. More about that here: http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/66-subscription-forms

Also, that text box allows you to change that message (after the form submission).
