This is new news to me about eBay automatically providing product identifiers if a listing is missing one.
does that mean if we list by using ebay lister, ebay will generate epids for each item, but i also mention that ebay lister still using “does not apply” as product identifier?
I would try disabling the “missing product identifiers” setting. Make sure all of your listings are locked prior to doing that just to be safe. Then create one listing (which will be unlocked) and try listing it to eBay to see if they add a product ID to it automatically. I have not had any users of WP-Lister notify me of this behavior yet. Do you have any documentation on this we could read?
by the way, there is no “upgrade option” for my pro version, but there is option for lite version?
Why would their be an upgrade option for Pro? There is no version you could upgrade to from Pro.

Sorry but I don’t have an eBay AU account, so I cannot call them for you. They won’t tell me anything (especially not about your account) if I don’t even have an eBay AU account.

That is something that you would have to ask eBay support about.
In regards to updating, what version are you on and what is your update channel set to? If your site does not see any updates on our update server you may need to simply download the latest version from your My Account page and manually update the plugin. You could also try switching update channels on the update page of WP-Lister’s settings to “beta” – wait 5-10 min then click “force update check” that has been known to work for some users whose site doesn’t see an update on our update server.

i set up a category calles “tie box” in ebay but when i tried to select Store categories from ebay lister i can’t find such category? i have moved one item into the ebay category so it should be visible?
i tried update the account but still no luck:(

You need to please refresh your account details. “Updating” your account in WP-Lister will not make those newly created eBay store categories visible in WP-Lister, you must refresh your account details on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister.
