    Hi! It’s me again :).

    I have another question about automatic lead redirection. Basically here is the issue:

    Right now we have a Caldera form on a landing page that includes a text box where a potential lead can type in a code. We then have the “code” field mapped to a custom “code” field in UPI-CRM. We then manually setup various codes in the Auto-Lead Management to assign leads to various users based on codes we manually created.

    Now we are implementing a system where potential partners can come register at the site and create an account. In the process they will be assigned a unique ID (code) as a part of their account information (similar to the unique user ID WordPress creates for each user).

    Now comes the question: Is it possible to put in a piece of code that will automate the lead management system as new users are added? The end result we are hoping for is something like this:

    1. Partner signs up and a unique code generated for him (also stored in the WordPress database)
    2. We approve the partner and he is given cards with his unique code
    3. Partner gives his card to a potential lead
    4. Potential lead goes to the website and puts in the code
    5. The lead is automatically sent the partner due to UPI-CRM checking the code against the code database (again without us going to the Auto-Lead Management system and matching the incoming code field to the partners unique code and assigning it to the partner).

    If this is not possible, I understand. I thought perhaps I could add it as a PHP function? I’m very new to PHP and still learning (more of a designer) so any help would be super appreciated!!

    Hi Jakob, thanks for your question.
    I understand what you wish to achive, but I’m afraid it more of a custom functionality you may need, and regretfully, not the “out-of-the-box” functionality we can offer.

    I can suggest – that if you want to add this feature with us to UpiCRM, we’ll be happy to work with you and assist – and we can than also add this feature to our solution .

    If you’d like to further pursue this option, please contact us on our site, as this question is not a support issue.

    HI Uri,

    I wanted to let you know I’ve submitted a support ticket at your website. I hadn’t heard back though so I thought I would mention it to you and see if maybe it didn’t go through? I started to open a paid support ticket but I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if it wasn’t possible so I opened a free support ticket first.

    Just wondering if perhaps I need to resubmit the ticket?
