Hi,
In current theme version, you will not find a whole list of layout for selection.
Instead, the same setting -> Column Layout for main content and sidebars applies to what’s shown in your preview.
In your Appearance -> Customize
On the right hand side preview, you need to navigate to your page.
On the left hand side settings, You can either select the tab that says “Option for all pages” or select the tab that has your page title.
In the settings, navigate to Main Body Design -> Layout options for the main content
Find the setting -> Column Layout for main content and sidebars
Change your layout.
