• Hi

I did some tweaking to the settings of the plugin and, since then, having some problems related to jpg, gif images uploading. Sometimes jpg and gif images do get uploaded properly, but other times I just see grey thumbnails, no dimension size of the images. Though png images are uploading just fine.

I want to know what is the safest way to disable the plugin without breaking the site and keeping the settings so that I could find out if W3T is creating any image upload issues.

    Thanx
    Max

Max? Don’t create a topic to complain about support. That’s not how these forums work and creating a topic just to opine will get removed.

If you’re not free getting the support for this free plugin then please consider just removing it and using a different one.
