No trouble so far adding fields to the form, making other adjustments, and adding the form to a webpage by placing the text [si-contact-form form=’1′] in a Text Block using Visual Composer.

But I would like the background color of the input text entry fields and input textarea fields to be white. I don’t see anything on the Styles tab to change that. I read something somewhere about adding some code to accomplish that. Being a newbie to code, I just don’t know what code to add and where to put it or how to put it where it needs to go. I think I’m supposed to open the Text Block, click on the Text tab and add some code on the next line following first line [si-contact-form form=’1′]. But still, I don’t really know what to add and where exactly to add it.

Would appreciate any help with exact instructions to accomplish.

    Thanks.

    Resolved.

Under Styles tab, go to input lines for “Input text fields:” and “Input textarea fields:” and add to string ” background-color:white;”

I am happy to hear that you have resolved your own issue. Can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you

You would think that this would be so common a question and that a developer would not only address it in the documentation but also give it the same priority as border and font controls, etc.
