Secial Lightbox Gallery

I search for a lightbox gallery, which I can config in that way that there is only one picture in the blog to see, but wenn opend in lightbox you can browse serveral of photos…

Short: Only one photo to see in blog, but more photos to browse if opend in lightbox.

I this possible?
