Hi, your best option is to deactivate the plugin by renaming the folders name via FTP. Then once you log in, rename the plugins folder back to the default name. Then enable the plugin and check your secret rename login URL.

Same here. I deleted the plugin because this has worked on previous occasions, but not this time. Locked out with that ip address redirect same as original poster.
My issue is resolved. Even though I deleted the plugin, I had to re-create the .htaccess file because it still had the aiowp strings.
First I enabled hidden files from the settings gear in c-panel. I then downloaded the latest version of the default .htaccess file from wordpress site.
Opened the .htaccess file in c-panel file manager, then removed the info in the file, then input the default info ffrom latest version of worpress .htaccess file, and it worked. I can now access my login page.
Hi, to completely remove the plugin so that you can install a fresh copy follow these instructions.
