Responsive grid inside posts

Not sure if this is the right section of the forum, if not please feel free to move.

I want to use a responsive grid system INSIDE of my posts. So, for example, I’d be able to show a picture next to text on a larger screen, but have these stack on top of each other for smaller screens. The only plug ins I can find seem to only have responsive grids for the post titles/thumbnails.

I can probably code it myself, but other people will be editing the blog who have no knowledge of coding, so it would be much better to have a simple grid system that they can understand.

Any ideas on a plug in that might offer this, or a simple way to code it?
