Fix padding on logo

Hi there. I have the Lazanews theme. My page is not live yet.

How do I fix the padding for the logo? If you look here:

You can see the logo on the left had some extra padding (?) on the bottom, pushing it up. I want it to be the same height as the advertisement space, so it looks event.

I tried fixing the padding in the Theme customizer but nothing ever changed. The original logo is 500 x 100. I searched through all of the CSS pages and could not figure it out.
