I’ve created 4 menus in french, same in english and 1 in arabic.

On the live version of my website (www.moneotrade.com) all seems good.

An update to WP4.7 has been installed on the 16th December. I didn’t change anything else from 25th November, only one of my WP user that published some pages (“editor status”).

Today I’ve tried to update menu but when I go to appearance>menus I can see number of menus edited (English (4) | French (4) | Arabic (1)) but any content or menu title selection and it in all languages.
I tried to switch theme and to desactivate all my active plugins but nothing helped. all my plugins are updated.

I don’t know what to do to fix this…

  • Hi,

I am not sure what’s wrong … as your message is not very clear: you don’t state what the problem is exactly.

But I have a problem too, which might be related to yours, see my post.

no it is not the same issue.
I have no error message. on live website all is ok. My menus appear good. But on the WordPress side, when I go to appearance>menu, in general when you have already create some menus so you have to select the menu you want to update and the main menu appears by default… but now, I have the languages I’ve applied on my website (I’m using WPML plugin with english, french and arabic languages), the number of menus created for each language, but any menu content is appears and any possibility to select created menus…

so the issue is that I can’t edit existing menus, and if I try to add some new, on refresh page it disappears too…
