Internal Note and Reply section disorganized

Hello, This only happens randomly. I do now know what it is causing it but it makes it hard to read replies and internal notes.

The user or staff portrait shifts into the middle of the text area and bumps the replied text down below it breaking the flow of replies/internal notes
