    The Notice appears if these plugins are activated:

    – Child Theme Configurator 2.1.2
    – (no others)

    The Warning appears additionally if the IP2Location plugin is activated, too.

    No message appears if these plugins are activated:

    – Child Theme Configurator 2.1.2
    – (no others)
