Not Working !!!

When adding the widget via page builder the plugin does not find any town/city, so just displays as a grey box within my page. I have tried manually entering city ID but still nothing. I have also added the API key correctly and cleared cache but still does not work.

Happy to pay for pro version if it actually works in the first place!
