    Since november 25th update it messed up all the file sequence of our galleries of photos on 2 websites we are talking days of work to put it right. Have we heard back from Photocrati to find a solution ? NO! Not a word back since 3 days, is this serious customer service or just a kiddies tea party hiding away when they get a serious problem? We have heard all their excuses and blaming other plugins etc since november, we have checked everything even my server getting involved to find out why this has happened and what help have we had back NOTHING!

If you have sent us a Bug Report on these issues we will be happy to carry on there; if not, please send us one (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

    Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.

    The idea that you cannot contact my server support is erroneous as they reply quickly and quicker than any other server I have used in 20 years plus they have replied telling you that plugin conflicts are not the problem or switching themes so here we are going over info you have already been told does not affect the errors, how about looking into the problem we are telling you does not work instead of trying to blame everyone else and waste all our time weeks have past by and you have done absolutely nothing to help resolve this issue……………….Nows the time to get on with it and focus seriously!

    Another week has passed by regardless of the holiday my websites are a mess because of your software I want to hear from you rapidly for a solution and no more excuses for missed emails I’m sick of hearing rubbish like that!

    This is bizarre I posted the above message yesterday and to my surprise it was not there whats going on, Photcrati isn’t doing a damned thing to help or reply and my messages here are being deleted???????????????????????

    @urstner6214 – Topics and/or responses are generally never deleted from the WordPress forums as a matter of course unless there is an egregious issue with the topic/reply. Also to note, although we are the plugin author we have very little privileges within these forums to manage the content that is seen. That being said, I have no idea why you are not seeing your posted messages in a timely manner.

    As to the issue at hand, it would also still be best to continue that conversation in the Bug Report you have submitted.
