Thank you for the link. Yes, our webhost found the problem, which was the Huge IT plug-in. They renamed the Huge IT file in our control panel, so our website is accessible now, although because Huge IT is now disabled, none of our image galleries are viewable, which means we can be losing potential customers. I contacted Huge IT directly, but no answer yet. Very frustrating!

Sure. I meant to post on the plug-in topic, didn’t realize I was in themes. In any case, for anyone reading this, Huge IT has gotten back to me and they say they will fix the problem. Thanks again, Menaka.
