Very poor support

    EDIT: Downgraded my rating due to a lack of support when a serious problem was encountered.

    I tried about half a dozen directory plugins and this was the one that was best for my needs. It is very flexible and configurable, and I have had no problems with it. It does have a minor styling conflict (padding in text entry boxes on the forms) with my theme, which uses Bootstrap 4, but this was easily resolved with CSS.
