Insert img in a theme (optimization question)

I have solve this problem by using this code :

<img src="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>/wp-content/themes/pureflowers/pureflowers/images/bannertop.png"/>

Do you have a better way to do it without using the complete path? I have try “/images/bannertop.png” but it doesn’t work.

Any other way to do it?
