amp-form supported?

Hi,

I’ve created a Post with a form and I want that form to appear in the AMP. I’ve followed the guidelines mentioned here: https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-form and included the js extension required. But the form is not appearing in AMP.

I’ve tried to use the example code from: https://ampbyexample.com/components/amp-form/, replacing the form action urls with my website urls.

But this also did not work. There are no errors in the developers console.

Is amp-form supported by plugin? Can you please help me?
