• I can’t login into my wordpress account. I have captcha text before you login into my account. It keeps refreshing and starting a new captcha. I don’t know if something is wrong with the plugin or what. But I would love to have access to my site again. Thanks!

Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins using an FTP client such as Filezilla? This should grant you access to your Dashboard again.

Simply rename your plugins folder to plugins-old, login to your Dashboard and then rename the plugins-old folder back to plugins. From here you can start re-activating your plugins 1-by-1 until you come across the problematic plugin.

Let me know how you get on.

That captcha is coming from the Limit Login Attempts plugin. If you installed the plugin, check its settings.

If you didn’t install it, it may have been installed as an MU plugin by your host. (GoDaddy does that.) If so, contact your host to find out if they’ll disable it.
