Appaling customer service!

I use to be a Zerif Lite client for about a year and a half.
When the theme met its unfortunate end, I had to look for similar themes and I found Parallax.
Installed and tried to transfer the entire content of my website, when some issues started appearing.
Been accustomed to simple and detailed instructions, I found Parallax very confusing, in terms of how to customize the front page, where I wanted to remove most of the included sections and keep a simple and clean look of my website.
Went through the documentation… nothing.
Went second and third time… nothing again.
Asked a few questions in the support forum… nothing.
Tried the live support, offered on the theme support page… all I got for about an hour of conversation, was “Read again” and got sent several times the same link, demonstrating how to set the slider…
Thats when I realized that I dont want to be stuck with those people for the next year or more.
Some of the companies in this business really have to look into the definition of CUSTOMER SUPPORT and start thinking from the point of view of the end client.
