Missing Log In Link

Hi I am not sure which place I should be in but here goes. On my right panel I have blog links, underneath are the WordPress Log In Link and other links with adsense underneath. However the Log In section has disappeared on one of my blogs. I haven’t done anything to this blog that I don’t have on the other one, yet this has happened. I have gone into the php code of the side panels in both blogs and they are the same. Anybody know why these links should disappear.
