[Plugin: Global Translator] Upgrading – don’t lose your cache

    A quick warning to anyone who automatically updates this plugin – don’t! You’ll wipe out your entire cache of files. Do it manually and preserve the files that have already been translated.

    Great plug-in! Highly recommended!

    Well, I just “automatically updated” to 1.0.9 and my cache is still there… more details you can give us?

    Hi 0xCAFE, this should mean that you’ve upgraded from 1.0.8.1. All the previous versions used a cache dir inside the plugin dir. Starting from 1.0.8.1 the cache dir has been moved inside wp-content dir in order to support the automatic update (which works by fully deleting the previous plugin dir and uploading the new one)
