Error establishing a database connection

I’ve upgraded to version 2.6.1 and everything went fine until the moment I should connect to my webpage
http://www.pablofuente.com/blo/wp-admin and follow the next steps. I got the following message:

Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at llda963.servidoresdns.net. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

I have connected to the database and made log in and I can see eveything in phpmyadmin. I’ve checked the wp-config.php file (that I didn’t touch) and the info is correct.
Don’t know what to do.
