Support – Customer Service – Excellent!

    I searched a long time for themes and companies which provide them. I finally settled on ThemeGrill. I have found that not only are their themes good but, most importantly, their support is amazing. I tried to deal with other companies and they either wouldn’t answer trouble tickets at all, take days to reply or not answer the real question I asked. This company actually seems to speak and understand English!

    I have found ThemeGrill’s support to be quickly responsive and to give me the answer I needed for the issue. I bought the premium pack because of this.
